Ukrainian military shoots down 13 missiles used by Russians to attack the Khmelnytskyi region

On the night of June 23, air defence units destroyed 13 Russian Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles. Most of them were shot down in the Khmelnytskyi region.

Ukrainian Air Force Command reported this.

The Russians launched an attack on a military airfield in the Khmelnytskyi region.

The missiles were launched around midnight by four Tu-95MS bombers from the Caspian Sea area.

The Ukrainian military also destroyed an unidentified reconnaissance drone.

On the morning of June 23, Ukrainian defence forces shot down a Russian Ka-52 attack helicopter in the Donetsk region.
