Ukrainian Armed Forces liberate several positions occupied in 2014

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have seized several positions near Krasnohorivka that have been under occupation since 2014

This was reported on the air of the national telethon by the spokesman of the Tavriia direction, Valerii Shershen

"It happened about a week ago. The takeover of the positions was not reported for tactical reasons.

The Ukrainian military has already cleared certain areas of mines.

"...for a week, the enemy has been taking all measures to drive us out of these positions: there are daily assaults, heavy shelling, but it's all in vain," said Shershen.

The liberation of the territories became possible due to a well-prepared assault, imitation of actions, and support from Ukrainian aviation and heavy equipment, added Shershen.
