Ukraine to introduce restrictions on the use of electricity on October 20

On October 19, due to rocket attacks, three energy facilities were destroyed in Ukraine.

Due to Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, on October 20, restrictions will be introduced primarily for enterprises and factories. 

Ukrainians are urged to minimise electricity use from 7 am to 11 pm. In case of an electricity shortage in Ukraine, rolling blackouts will be implemented for the population.
