Ukraine suspends electricity exports due to Russian strikes on energy facilities

The Ministry of Energy notes that Russia struck Ukraine's energy facilities to prevent the export of electricity to European countries.

"It was the export of electricity from Ukraine that helped Europe reduce the consumption of Russian energy resources," the report says.
