Ukraine needs a $5 billion credit limit to purchase coal and gas for this winter — Zelenskyy
During a meeting of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, Zelenskyy called for the creation of an economic "Ramstein" — a similar format to the Contact Group on Ukraine's Defence, which brings together 50 countries and coordinates military aid for Ukraine.
Ukraine will need $17 billion to restore the destroyed infrastructure and about $38 billion more to ensure the daily work of the government in 2023.
Zelenskyy also called for creating a war risk insurance mechanism so that investments start flowing to Ukraine even before the end of the war.
