Ukraine and the EU signed a Memorandum of Understanding for €18 billion in aid in 2023

The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal reported this.

Ukraine expects to receive the first tranche of €3 billion this week.

These funds will be used to support macroeconomic stability and to finance all critical wartime expenditures.
