The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this.
The Russians carried out an air strike on August 5 at around 20:20.
It will be recalled that on August 5, Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that a Russian guided aerial bomb had hit a blood transfusion centre in the Kupiansk community.
