"Just complete chaos. A complete lack of any predictability. And this is on Russian territory, which is crammed with weapons," he said.

The President believes that the Kremlin cannot provide the necessary control and "this is the problem".

"In one day, they lost several of their cities of millions of people and showed Russian bandits, mercenaries and oligarchs how easy it is to seize Russian cities and, probably, arsenals with weapons," Zelenskyy said.

It is important now that no one in the world remains silent because they are afraid of Russian chaos.

"We must clearly name the source of the problem. If someone in the world tries to lull the situation, if someone in the world succumbs to the illusion that the Kremlin is able to regain control, they only postpone the problem until the next breakthrough of chaos. It will be even more dangerous," Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasises.

Ukraine will definitely be able to defend Europe from Russian forces, regardless of who commands them.

The President emphasises that the security of the eastern flank of Europe rests only on Ukrainian defence. Therefore, every support for Ukraine's defence is support for defence in the world.

"Ukrainian soldiers, Ukrainian guns, Ukrainian tanks is all that defends Europe in the face of such " marching raids" as we see today on the Russian territory. And when we ask for F-16s or ATACMS, we are developing our joint defence," he added.
