Three explosive technicians explode on a Russian mine in the Kherson region

Three explosive experts from The HALO Trust, a humanitarian demining organisation, were injured by a Russian mine in the Kherson region.
The Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported this.
According to him, a 24-year-old man sustained severe injuries to his head and neck. Two other men, aged 32 and 31, have shrapnel wounds. They are being treated by doctors.
The HALO Trust, an international organisation, has been engaged in humanitarian demining in the areas where the fighting took place for 35 years.
On September 12, 2022, the Ministry of Reintegration of Ukraine and The HALO Trust signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
In August 2023, the United Nations Development Programme and the Government of Croatia provided a grant of $240,000 to HALO Trust Ukraine.
