The Ukrainian authorities have confirmed that the forced transfer of Ukrainian children, prisoners of war and civilian hostages through the territory of Belarus with the participation of the authorities of this country took place. 

This was announced by Dmytro Lubinets during a briefing. 

"We have confirmation that there was a forced transfer of Ukrainian children, civilian hostages and prisoners of war through the territory of Belarus with the direct participation of the Belarusian authorities," Lubinets said.

As of May 31, Russia has deported 19,484 children. 

According to the Ombudsperson, this is the number of children who have been identified. He noted that the number was much higher.
