The USA and Ukraine conducted joint analytical exercises "military games" on the eve of the Ukrainian counteroffensive in the south

The US urged Kyiv to limit the operation both in terms of its objectives and its geography to avoid being overstretched and bogged down on multiple fronts.

The exercise was intended to help the Armed Forces understand what levels of forces they would need to muster to succeed in various scenarios.
