The U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee has prepared a resolution to recognise Russia's actions as genocide of the Ukrainian people

The resolution is intended to condemn Russia's actions in Ukraine, call on the US allies to support the government of Ukraine and facilitate the establishment of an international tribunal and investigations.
