The US President has a phone call with international allies to discuss support for Ukraine

Biden called the leaders of Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, Poland, Romania, the United Kingdom, and France, as well as the European Union and NATO.
The White House press service reported this.
They discussed the provision of ammunition and weapons, the repair and strengthening of energy infrastructure this winter, economic recovery, and Ukraine's food security.
During the conversation, Biden also reiterated that the United States would support Ukraine for as long as it takes to enable it to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity. The partners supported this position.
It will be recalled that the US House of Representatives voted to remove Kevin McCarthy from the post of Speaker.
At the same time, White House Coordinator for Strategic Communications, John Kirby, said that McCarthy's resignation would not affect the Congress' approval of a new aid package for Ukraine.
