The US has allocated over a billion dollars to help Ukraine

The package includes $665 million for civilian security.

"In total, we have transferred more than $43 billion (in aid - ed.) since the beginning of Russian aggression. Since last year, since I was here a year ago, Ukrainian forces have regained more than 50% of the occupied territories. This new assistance is additional funds that will significantly strengthen [Ukraine's] air defence in particular," the newspaper quoted Blinken as saying.

Earlier, the US announced a new military aid package. It included, among other things, depleted uranium ammunition for Abrams tanks.
