Army Acquisition Chief Doug Bush announced this, CNN reports.
The tanks are to be delivered to Ukraine in early autumn.
"Now [the tanks] have to get to Europe, and then to Ukraine, along with all of the things that go with them. Ammunition, spare parts, fuel equipment, repair facilities. So you know, it's not just the tanks, it's the full package that goes with it. That's still on track," Bush said.
The Ukrainian military underwent training on American tanks in May 2023 in Germany.
It will be recalled that in January, the United States agreed to transfer 31 M1 Abrams battle tanks to Ukraine.
