The UN Court sets a hearing date for Armenia's lawsuit against Azerbaijan

The International Court of Justice of the United Nations has set a hearing date for Armenia's lawsuit against Azerbaijan.
The press service of the UN Court reported this.
Armenia accuses Azerbaijan of oppressing the rights of Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh and demands the withdrawal of troops and facilitating the access of the UN mission and the Red Cross to the region.
The hearing will take place in The Hague on October 12.
It will be recalled that on September 19, Azerbaijan announced "local anti-terrorist measures" in Nagorno-Karabakh, demanding the complete withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Armenia from the region. On September 20, the President of Azerbaijan announced the operation's completion.
Armenia called the operation "ethnic cleansing" against Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh.
The UN mission visited Karabakh on October 1 and did not record any violations against civilians.
