The UN cannot visit the temporarily occupied Olenivka due to a lack of security guarantees

The spokesman of the UN Secretary-General, Stéphane Dujarric, did not say which of the parties refuses to ensure the visit of the United Nations.

He also noted that the mission has logistical issues. "We do not have the security guarantees that we need. Until that is done, we cannot send them [the UN mission — ed.] in,” Dujarric emphasized.
