The UN believes that the video of Ukrainian soldier's killing "may be authentic"

The United Nations Human Rights Office believes that the video of the killing of a Ukrainian soldier may be authentic — France 24 with reference to a spokeswoman for the UN Human Rights Office.
"We are aware of this video posted on social media that shows a Ukrainian soldier hors de combat apparently being executed by Russian armed forces. Based on a preliminary examination, we believe that the video may be authentic," a spokeswoman told AFP.
They call for an impartial and effective investigation.
