The Ukrainian prosecutor's office notified ten organizers of a pseudo-referendum in the Luhansk region of suspicion, reported the Office of the Prosecutor General.

They are charged with encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, as well as collaboration. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.

According to the investigation, on September 19, the "head" of the so-called "public chamber of the Luhansk People's Republic" initiated the issue of holding a pseudo-referendum in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region.

On September 20, they voted for the adoption of the so-called "law" "On the referendum of the " LPR " on the issue of joining the Russian Federation as a subject of the Russian Federation".
