The UK initiates to double the number of Ukrainian military personnel who will be trained under the guidance of Western instructors — Secretary of State for Defence of the United Kingdom Ben Wallace

"Having put almost 10,000 through their paces in the UK in 2022, my ambition is for our Armed Forces – alongside our allies – to at least double the number trained in 2023," the minister said.

He also expressed his gratitude to the allies for their help in training Ukrainian servicemen.
