The Security Service of Ukraine has established the identity of the Russian commander who gave the order to torture Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied Kherson

This is Aleksandr Naumenko, the deputy head of the National Guard of Russia in the Rostov region, with the call sign "Alpha."

According to the SBU investigation, on Naumenko's orders, illegal detentions and torture of locals, entry into their homes, and seizure of property are being carried out in the city.
