The Institute for the Study of War reports this.

Analysts note that, according to the IAEA, backup generators will be able to power the ZNPP for 15 days, so during this time, the Russian Federation may try to connect the nuclear plant to its power system.

Russia can claim that only they can provide electricity to the Zaporizhzhia NPP and the surrounding areas.
