The Russians are setting up torture chambers for children in the temporarily occupied territories — Ombudsman of Ukraine

Dmytro Lubinets said that 10 torture chambers were found in de-occupied Kherson, one of them had a separate cell for children. The kids were given water every other day and almost no food. The Russians also exerted psychological pressure and told the children that their parents had allegedly abandoned them.

There is information about one 14-year-old boy who was arrested for taking pictures of destroyed Russian equipment. He was detained, kept, and tortured in this torture chamber.

Another boy spent 90 days in a torture chamber in Balakliia, where he was cut with a knife and had his body parts burned; several times he was taken out for "execution" and shot over the head.
