The mayor of Enerhodar, Dmytro Orlov, reported this.

Representatives of the "police" go around apartments and stop people near residential buildings.

Locals must provide passport data, contact numbers, and information about their relatives who have left the city. In addition, the Russians can search for an apartment and check their mobile phones.
