The number of refugees who left for European countries by January 3 due to the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation reached 7,915,287 people

The press service of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees reported about it.

According to the data, between February 24, 2022 and January 3, 2023, 7,915,287 people were registered for temporary shelter in Europe.

The largest number of Ukrainian refugees are in Poland — 1,553,707 people. Many Ukrainians were also accepted in Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, and France.
