The International Committee of the Red Cross announced that they are ready to go to the temporarily occupied Olenivka

The ICRC responded to the request of the head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak to send a mission to the temporarily occupied Olenivka by October 17. The organization requested that they be given immediate and unimpeded access to all POWs.

The International Committee of the Red Cross noted that they cannot "access by force a place of detention or internment where they have not been admitted."
