The families of Mariupol defenders met with the Robert Mardini, ICRC Director General and discussed the most important issues

The parties discussed communication with prisoners, lack of humanitarian cargo and proper assistance to the wounded and sick, etc.

Relatives of Mariupol defenders offered Mardini to personally visit the places of detention of the Mariupol garrison.

The relatives also suggested that the ICRC should provide the Russian side with information about the conditions in which their prisoners are being held.
