The European Parliament has approved €18 billion aid to Ukraine in 2023

The loan will cover basic public services, including hospitals, schools, and housing, as well as the preservation of macroeconomic stability and the restoration of infrastructure in Ukraine, which is under constant attacks from the Russian Federation.
