The bodies of two men with traces of torture were found in de-occupied Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi

The General Prosecutor's Office reports this.

Law enforcement officers found two bodies of men with tied hands and traces of torture near a metal cylinder drum in a brick manufacturing workshop. One of the dead has bruises on the neck and chest, the other has a bullet wound in the chest and groin area, as well as a head wound.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder.
