Switzerland suspends consultations on arms re-export issue

In Switzerland, the parliamentary Security Policy Committee decided to suspend consultations on arms re-export for a year
Swissinfo reported this.
The committee believes it is necessary to consult with experts to change the rules for arms re-export. These discussions should take place in May 2024.
They plan to consider the compliance of changes to the re-export rules with the Swiss legal system, neutrality laws and neutrality policy, as well as international law.
