State Bureau of Investigation issues suspicion notice to Russian businessman Yevgeny Giner, a member of Putin's inner circle

The State Bureau of Investigation issued a notice of suspicion to businessman Yevgeny Giner, a member of Vladimir Putin's inner circle.
The SBI press service reported this.
Ukrainian law enforcement officers suspect him of aiding and abetting actions to change the boundaries of the territory and state border of Ukraine, which led to grave consequences by prior conspiracy by a group of people.
In 2019, Giner ensured the construction of the Balaklava and Tavriia thermal power stations in Crimea.
These power stations were connected to the Russian power grid. In this way, the suspect harmed Ukraine's energy security and contributed to Crimea's dependence on Russia in the energy sector.
In 2022, Giner, as the owner of the Lev Nikolayevich Koshkin Design Bureau of Automatic Lines, ordered the supply of ammunition for various types of small arms to Russian troops.
