SSU detains the man who raised Russian flag over Kharkiv City Hall in 2014

The offender was hiding from justice for more than 8 years for participation in the Russian project "Novorossia" and attempts to seize power in the region by force.

He also appeared before the cameras of Russian propagandists, where he agitated for changing the borders of Ukraine and seizing state bodies.

During the search in the detainee's apartment, law enforcement officers found Russian flags, a sniper rifle with optics, a Z-10 semi-automatic rifle, 7.62 mm ammunition.
