The Russians received Shahed-131 and Shahed-136 kamikaze drones, as well as Mohajer attack and reconnaissance drones from Iran. The head of Ukrainian intelligence noted that the Russians "are trying to purchase ammunition from Iran and want the Iranians to sell ballistic missiles."

According to Budanov, China is also not yet ready to supply Russians with weapons.
