Since January 9, Russia has restricted the exit of conscripts from the country, in particular, those who are limitedly fit for service — Main Directorate of Intelligence

The FSB sent a corresponding order to the country's border departments.

In particular, Russia has limited the departure from the country to persons liable for military service of groups "A," "B," and "C." Category "B" includes those fit only for limited military service.

The Ukrainian intelligence notes that conscripts of this category are exempted from conscription in peacetime, exempted from military training, and enrolled in the reserve.

Earlier, the Main Directorate of Intelligence reported that Russia would start a new wave of mobilization on January 15.
