It is about evacuation from the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. Over the past week, the Russians released only 174 people from these territories.
Previously, Ukrainians could leave through the temporarily occupied Donetsk region or Crimea towards Georgia, Estonia, or Latvia.
Also, cases when Russians turn Ukrainian cars back at the border of Russia and European countries have become more frequent.
