Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dačić denies his country's support for the Crimean Platform declaration

Serbia did not join the Crimean Platform declaration.
Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dačić stated this.
He called the information in the media about this "manipulative." Serbia did not accept the summit resolution because it allegedly goes beyond the limits that are "acceptable" to the country.
"The Prime Minister took part in the meeting via audio and video, but we did not support and did not accept the text of the Crimean Platform because it goes beyond the limits that are acceptable to us," the minister said.
In her speech, Ana Brnabić said that Serbia "was sincerely sorry for the suffering of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people" but did not mention Russia's role or comment on the goals of the summit.
Dačić noted that Serbia condemns the violation of Ukraine's territorial integrity but does not join sanctions against Russia.
It will be recalled that the third meeting of the Crimean Platform took place on August 23 in Kyiv. The main topic of the summit was preparations for de-occupation.
