Russians targeted Kyiv district of Kharkiv with drones at night. There is damage to civilian infrastructure

The regional military administration reports that the shelling resulted in damage to a restaurant, a shop, and office premises, and shattered windows in nearby residential buildings. There were no casualties.

The number of victims of the attack on March 27 has not changed: 19 people, including four children. A 59-year-old civilian man died.

In the region, bordering Russia to the north, 20 settlements came under Russian strikes. A 12-year-old teenager was killed in the village of Borova. A two-storey kindergarten building, 3 apartment buildings and a boiler house were damaged. A 67-year-old man was injured in Dvorichna. In Kupiansk, a dormitory and four apartment buildings were damaged.

In the frontline Donetsk region, one person was killed and two were injured in the last 24 hours as a result of shelling. In the region, 108 houses, both private and apartment buildings, were damaged or destroyed.

Russians sent X-22 missiles and an anti-aircraft missile to the Odesa region, southwest of Ukraine. One missile lost its combat capability in the sea. Later, the Russian army attacked the region with drones. Air Defence forces destroyed two Shaheds. On the morning of March 28, the Russians launched a missile strike. Preliminary reports indicate there were no casualties.

On March 27, Russian troops attacked Mykolaiv, south of Ukraine, allegedly with an Iskander M missile. A fire broke out at an industrial infrastructure facility resulting in 12 people injured, with four of them taken to hospital. Six apartment buildings were damaged. In the region, Russians attacked the Halytsynivka and Ochakiv communities. There were no casualties. In Halytsynivka community, an outbuilding in the private residential sector got damaged.

In the partially occupied Kherson region, Russians attacked Dudchany, Novovorontsovka, Mykhailivka, Odradokamianka, Havrylivka, Vesele, Zolota Balka, Kachkarivka, Antonivka, Stanislav, Dniprovske, Yantarne, Bilozerka, Veletenske, Kizomys, Berehove and Kherson. Two multi-storey buildings and ten private houses were damaged. There were also hits to port infrastructure, a critical infrastructure facility, a shopping centre, outbuildings and a car. Two people were killed and four others were injured.

March 27, Dnipropetrovsk region, heart of Ukraine. A man was killed and a woman sustained injuries as a result of the attack on Nikopol. Two multi-storey buildings, 12 private houses, two outbuildings, a car, and a power line were damaged. At night, the Russian army attacked the Pokrovsk, Marhanets and Nikopol communities. A 65-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman sustained shrapnel wounds. They were taken to hospital in moderate condition. A hotel, four private houses, a car, a power line, two outbuildings were damaged, and one more was destroyed.

In the frontline Zaporizhzhia region, home to the largest Nuclear Power Plant in Europe, Russia launched 406 strikes in seven settlements. There are 53 reports of the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure. Two women, aged 72 and 74, were injured in a UAV attack in Zaporizhzhia.

In the Sumy region, bordering Russia to the north, Russians conducted 53 strikes on the border areas over the past day. 198 explosions were recorded. The Khotin, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Shalyhyne, Esman, and Seredyna-Buda communities came under fire. There are no reports of destruction or casualties.

In the Chernihiv region, bordering Russia and Belarus to the north, Russians shelled 12 villages in three border communities: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka and Snovske. There were no casualties.
