Russians have stopped providing medical care to civilians in the temporarily occupied Bilovodsk, Luhansk region. The Russian army has taken over all the hospital premises to become a military hospital.
This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysohor.
"Serious in-patients among the local population who remained there have been sent home," Lysohor wrote.
More and more Russian doctors are arriving at the hospital to treat the wounded Russian military. The wounded, according to the head of the RMA, are brought to the hospital every day.
In addition, Lysohor says that the Russians jam mobile and internet communications, making it difficult for civilians to evacuate the occupied territories.
