Russians shelled an educational institution in the Chernihiv region, killing a child

Operational Command "Pivnich" ("North") reports that the Russian army fired two guided bombs from Russian Su-35 aircraft at the village of Lyzunivka. 

Two people were wounded, and a child born in 2009 was killed.

A school building was partially destroyed, and private houses were damaged.
