Russians shell the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv

On the evening of July 16, Russians attacked the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said.

Four people were injured in the attack.

A fire broke out at the site of the attack. Emergency services are dealing with it.
