Russians shell Kramatorsk, three people killed, including a child

As of 22:00, 42 people were injured in the shelling, the National Police reports. There are three foreigners among the wounded. 

People, including children, may be trapped under the rubble. A rescue and search operation is underway.

According to preliminary reports, Russia fired two S-300 missiles at the city. The shelling took place around 19:50. One missile hit a cafe in the centre of Kramatorsk, where there were customers. The building was destroyed. The second missile hit the private sector in the village of Bilenke.
