Russians plan to train women to pilot kamikaze drones in the temporarily occupied Kezlev, Qirim

In the temporarily occupied Kezlev, the Russian military plans to train women to become kamikaze drone operators.

This was reported by the Centre for Investigative Journalism.

Russians are also campaigning for residents of the peninsula to join the "territorial defence" and sign short-term contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defence.

At the end of June, social media began to post messages about recruiting people who, "in case of danger," would be able to join the regular troops of the Russian Armed Forces for the so-called defence of Qirim.

In May 2023, locals were already offered to join the 3rd Company "Veter" of the "Zapad" battalion.

The leader and founder of such training courses is Dmytro Volodymyrovych Maiborodov, who is wanted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for betraying the Ukrainian oath in 2014.
