He noted that Russia could also announce the so-called "mobilization" in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.

Skibitskyi suggested that the Russians could use tactical nuclear weapons in areas along the front line where a large number of Ukrainian personnel and equipment are deployed. In particular, he noted that important command centers and critical infrastructure could be affected.

However, he did not say when this might happen.
