Russians may have sent Iranian instructors to temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine — ISW

According to analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War, personnel affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps are teaching Russian military how to use Shahed-136 kamikaze drones and controlling their launches from the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and Crimea.
