Russians launch a missile attack on Sumy on the night of September 8

State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this.
As of 9:20 a.m., two people have been reported wounded.
SES workers rescued a woman and a man from under the rubble.
In total, more than 20 residential buildings and eight vehicles were damaged. A fire broke out at the scene and was quickly extinguished.
Search and rescue operations are underway.
