Russians have restricted entry and exit from Ulianivka in the Kherson region: they are conducting searches of residents and checking cell phones — the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

In the temporarily occupied Donetsk, the number of cases of hazardous infections among Russian soldiers and mercenaries of the so-called Wagner PMC has significantly increased.

The General Staff reports that this may be due to the lack of normal sanitary and hygienic conditions in the locations of Russian units.

The Russian army carried out three air and three missile strikes and fired more than 20 times from multiple launch rocket systems during the day. 

On January 31, the Ukrainian military conducted 18 strikes on areas where Russian human resources, weapons and military equipment were concentrated, two strikes on anti-aircraft missile positions, and also hit an ammunition depot.
