Russians drop a bomb on a residential area in Kostiantynivka. Five people got injured

Russian troops shelled the territories of ten regions of Ukraine over the past 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the Russian army attacked 45 settlements and 31 infrastructure facilities.

In the Donetsk region, which has been partially occupied since 2014 and is located on the frontline in the east of Ukraine, Russian troops dropped a KAB-500 bomb on a residential area. Five residents were injured. Over the past day, Russian troops shelled 13 settlements in the region. A 52-year-old man died in Serhiivka as a result of an artillery strike. An industrial facility was damaged in Pokrovsk, and one person was injured. Two more civilians were wounded in the village of New York, one in Nelipivka.

In the Zaporizhzhia region in the south, which has been partially occupied in the south since 2022, three people were injured during a Russian attack on the Polohy district. There were ten reports of residential buildings being destroyed. During the day, Russians fired 548 times at the Zaporizhzhia region. 10 settlements in the region were under fire.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region in southcentral Ukraine, the Russians continued to strike Nikopol, as well as the communities of Myrove and Marhanets. Two people were injured. Residential buildings, an administrative building, an infrastructure facility, a utility company, and a power line were damaged.

In the Kharkiv region, bordering Russia in the east of Ukraine, one person was killed and seven injured in the shelling of Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. In the Chuhuiv district, a man was killed and another wounded when a ballistic missile hit the ground. Another person died in Staryi Saltiv. In Dementiivka, one person was killed, and three were injured as a result of shelling by the KAB.

In the Kherson region in the south of Ukraine, which has been partially occupied since 2022, one person was injured as a result of Russian aggression. Tokarivka, Tiahynka, Ivanivka, Sadove, Mykhailivka, Beryslav, Vesele, Stanislav, Novotianka, Kizomys, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Respublikanets and the city of Kherson were under fire. Russians damaged residential buildings, critical infrastructure, and educational institutions.

In the Poltava region in the central part of Ukraine, Russian troops attacked the Myrhorod district. One civilian was injured.

In the Luhansk region, almost completely occupied by Russia, the Russians shelled Nevske with aircraft, mortars and artillery. Mortar fires were also fired at Stelmakhivka, Kuzemivka, and Makiivka. The Russian army launched six guided aerial bombs at Serebrianskyi forest.

In the Mykolaiv region in the south of Ukraine, Dmytrivka came under artillery fire, causing a fire on the territory of a farm. There were no casualties. The Russians also fired at the waters of the Ochakiv community and launched a missile attack on the Horokhiv community. The blast wave and shrapnel damaged four private households and a car. There were no casualties.

In the Sumy region, bordering Russia to the north, the Russians fired 34 times at the border areas and settlements. One hundred nine explosions were recorded. The Mykolaivka, Khotin, Bilopillia, Lebedyn, Krasnopillia, Esman, Velyka Pysarivka, Esman, and Znob-Novgorod communities were shelled. There was no information on casualties.

In the Chernihiv region, bordering Belarus and Russia to the north, the Russians shelled the communities of Semenivka, Snovsk and Novhorod-Siverskyi. Zaliznyi Mist, Lubiane, Kliusy, Huta-Studenetska and Hremiach came under fire. Ninety-three explosions were recorded. There were no reports of damage or casualties.
