Russians destroy 13,000 tonnes of grain in Izmail port, Odesa region
As a result of the attack on the port of Izmail in the Odesa region, Russians destroyed 13,000 tonnes of grain.
This was reported by the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kubrakov.
In his words, the grain was intended for Egypt and Romania.
This is the eighth attack on Ukrainian ports since Russia withdrew from the Black Sea Initiative.
"Last night alone, the export capacity of the port of Izmail was reduced by 15%; before that, there was the port of Reni and 35,000 tonnes of grain destroyed there," Kubrakov wrote.
In just one month of attacks on port infrastructure, Russians destroyed 270,000 tonnes of grain.
As a reminder, on the night of August 2, the Russian military destroyed almost 40,000 tonnes of grain in the ports of the Odesa region.
