Russians deliberately shelled the temporarily occupied Hornostaivka of the Kakhovka district — the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Yaroslav Yanushevych.

Two women were killed and about 10 houses were damaged as a result of shelling from Grad multiple rocket launchers. Instead, the Russian military hid in the basements of local residents. 

Yanushevych emphasizes that by such actions the Russians want to persuade the residents of Hornostayivka to the so-called "evacuation".
