Russians continue looting and destroying civilian infrastructure in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region — General Staff
On November 7, columns of trucks with stolen household appliances and construction materials were moving across the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant dam.
Russians are also dismantling and removing Ukrainian operators' equipment and mobile communication towers.
Russian troops blew up power lines and equipment of a solar power plant near Beryslav. In addition, Russians took all artistic valuables, furniture and equipment from the Kherson Regional Art Museum, named after Shovkunenko.
